By booking a reading with Onirah you accept the terms described on this page. Read them calmly; they're written to be understood at first read.

What Onirah is

Onirah is a service for entertainment and personal reflection focused on the symbolic interpretation of dreams. It is not therapy, it does not replace psychological or medical care, and it does not predict the future. Any interpretation you receive is a symbolic reading meant to accompany your self-knowledge, not an objective truth or a diagnosis.

How the service is provided

Contact, booking and delivery are handled over WhatsApp. You tell us your dream by text or audio; we return the interpretation in audio or by video call, depending on the chosen service. The indicative turnaround times are shown on the site and may vary with demand.

Prices and payment

The prices published on the site are indicative. The final price and payment method are confirmed over WhatsApp before the reading begins. Payment is made through whatever means are agreed in that conversation.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-depth reading (video call), let us know as far in advance as possible over WhatsApp. Readings already delivered in audio are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part in providing the service.

Confidentiality

What you tell us stays between you and Onirah. We do not share dreams, names or conversations with third parties without your explicit permission, except where legally required.

Limitation of liability

Onirah is not responsible for the decisions you make based on an interpretation. If you're going through a situation that worries you, we recommend also reaching out to a qualified health professional.

Intellectual property

The contents of this website (texts, brand, design) are the property of Onirah and may not be reproduced without authorization.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals under that legislation.
