What data we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp to book a reading, we receive your phone number, your name (if you share it) and the content you send: the account of your dream, in text or audio, and any other information you choose to share during the conversation. We also use a web analytics tool (PostHog) to understand site traffic in aggregate; see the Cookie policy for details.

What we use your data for

Only to provide the service you requested: to prepare and deliver your interpretation, to arrange the appointment if it's a video call, and to answer your questions. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your data because you provide it voluntarily to engage a service (performance of a contract / pre-contractual relationship), in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD).

Retention

We keep the conversation and the content of your dream only for as long as necessary to provide the service and handle any later queries. You can ask us at any time to delete that conversation.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to or request the portability of your data, or restrict its processing, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will respond within the legally established period. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider it necessary.

Confidentiality

We do not share your data or the content of your dreams with third parties, except where legally required.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll reflect it on this same page with the date of the last update.
